Three fictional businesses. What an audit finds, and what changes.
A plumber who misses evening calls
Illustrative walk-through. Fictional plumber. Not a real client.
Dan runs RapidFlow Plumbing in Etobicoke. Most quotes come after 6 pm, but his number is hidden on phones. The audit finds: number too far down the page on mobile, no emergency line, headline reads “Quality Service Since 2010.” He adds a sticky call bar, a “Burst pipe? Call now” line, and a headline that names the work, the area, and same-day service.
An HVAC tech whose ads bring no quotes
Illustrative walk-through. Fictional HVAC business. Not a real client.
Priya runs Northline Heating & Cooling in Mississauga. Her ads bring clicks, but few people ask for quotes. The audit finds: five competing buttons on mobile, no service-area list, and a contact form with eleven fields. She keeps one “Call now” button, names her towns, and cuts the form to name, number, and problem.
An electrician who gets calls from the wrong area
Illustrative walk-through. Fictional electrician. Not a real client.
Marcus runs Brightline Electric in North York. Homeowners call, then hang up when they hear he does not cover their street. The audit finds: no service area named anywhere, and the headline says “Electrical Solutions” instead of “electrician.” He lists his towns and rewrites the headline to say electrician, area, and 24/7 emergency calls.
